Atlas appearing as an option even when working offline - should it?

This is with Logos 38.0 beta 2

I've just spotted that when working offline one of the cards returned in an All Search for a place is an Atlas card

But when you try to access one of the results you get a browser window saying you can't access the Atlas tool due to no Internet connection (I understand that bit)

Wouldn't it be better to not return the Atlas card at all when running the search offline?

Similarly - and probably more significantly - the Atlas appears as an option in the context menu even when working offline
