Resource View: Allow hyperlinks to work in pop-ups, so we can ‘follow study trails’ within a pop-up

Currently, hyperlinks (e.g. study note links) don't work in pop-ups, and it stunts study. To illustrate: Over in Olive Tree (which DOES allow moving from hyperlink to hyperlink from within a popup), I often do something like the following: From a commentary, tap on a cross reference, which opens a study Bible (such as NET Bible with notes) in a pop-up. While reading this cross reference, I tap on one of the translator's notes. The note now takes over the pop-up. The translator's note has some supporting cross references, and I tap on which, which, in turn, takes over the pop-up—again, in the NET Bible with notes. I could carry on like this endlessly. Or I could work my way back up the chain, using the back button in the pop-up. Or at any time I could tap out of the pop-up to return to the commentary. Following these study trails isn't possible, and it actively hampers study, at the moment. (For a little more discussion, see https://community.logos.com/forums/p/213887/124645…)
