Layouts: Re- Size column tiles on iPad

Allow users to resize the windows again. When you have a 2 window split screens, with one resource on the left and one on the right(so a vertical split) you cannot adjust the windows. They’re stuck exactly in half. I’d like to be able to resize.

Yes! If it is top and bottom, adjustment is available.
