Parity: Bring to Web App all Features of Desktop

Please bring to the Web app all the features of the Desktop app. This could benefit multiple groups of users: those who don't have access to their normal machines; users with limited disk space; Linux users; Mobile users who want to use features not available in Mobile (e.g. Prioritization, Collections, Custom Highlighting, etc.).

    This would include accessing personal books from mobile app.

    There are probably features that are much faster/more possible locally. Some of the missing features might be very resource intensive but if it's happening on our own PC it's fine.
