Videos on Confidence Monitor

When selecting 'Show Video when Available' on Confidence templates, have video work same as from service list when not showing on confidence monitor. Currently, when a video is selected from service list, etc., if you don't select auto-start, it will go to black screen and wait until the 'play' icon is clicked before playing. IF show video if available is selected in a confidence monitor template, the video will start, on main monitor and confidence monitor, as soon as it's selected. Have the option to select a video from service list, but it goes to black screen on BOTH main and confidence monitor, and start only when 'play' icon is selected.

    @Mountain Media  this sounds like a bug.. When I try this now on my Mac, it works correctly. The video does not play automatically when the option is unchecked, regardless of what the confidence monitor option is. Which platform are you on?

    @Jordan Sjodin  We work from Windows 10.  Thanks for info on Mac - all items in service list run with Confidence Monitor template of default with auto play unchecked, except videos.  Videos use a special template that has Play Video when Available. Automatically Play is unchecked, but when you select the video item it starts on selection.
