This is a great idea! Would make the custom reading plan much more useable, since having to highlight and drag can take a lot of time.

Drag chapters from the TOC is a great idea. At the same time these would be good suggestions too:
- Drag from other Logos sources like Notes or a Sermons.
- Able to add link for websites with articules or even video related to your reading outside Logos. 
- Change different bible translations during the plan. 
- Edit available plans to customize it.
