Add a way to manually rearrange the order of anchors within the note

    I like to create notes that have multiple different anchor scriptures. It would be really helpful to be able to rearrange the order that those anchors are listed at the top of the note, within the editing note function.

    Please add this feature. It is such a pain to delete existing anchors and add them back when one was missed in the middle of a book.
