Pre-Service

I'd like to be able to use the Pre Service loop week to week. An option to migrate slides to new background for this week. I spend an hour each week retyping the same slides for pre/post service

It would be nice if the Pre/Post section was a single screen (kind of like the songs) where you could see everything and toggle from the calendar and work it all together. It should pull forward automatically and then you can turn stuff off that does not apply.

Yes! Would like the Pre Service slides to automatically write to Post (can adjust individual slides - i.e., Welcome to Have a Good Week) but rest there. If pull forward last week's can add new and delete the 1 or 2 not relevant. Soooooo much faster. Takes waaaay to long to do Pre/Post Service slides.

Karen why not just duplicate the presentation from the previous week and change the backgrounds on the slide you need to?

I mean, I love the "Reuse Item" option in "Add Item" - Karen, have you tried this?

But I do think it would be nice to have a the ability to quickly import a whole section from another service - maybe just an improvement on the "Add Item" dialogue box that allows you to filter by services instead of items, checkboxes on the left so that it's easier to select multiple, and when you're viewing a service, the ability to check "pre-service loop" or "warmup" or even a group (this will come up for my congregation most likely when we have a special items we want added to all services, like a confirmation celebration).

Similar to a song library, it'd be nice to have an announcement library to quickly reuse an announcement from the previous week (or year).
