Allow Creation and Editing of All Document Types (Like Passage Lists) on the Web App

Currently you can only create new "Sermon" or "Canvas" type documents from the web app. Creating other document types (especially Passage Lists) would be especially useful.

I primarily use my Android phone or Chromebook to access Logos. When on my Chromebook, I use the Android app when I can, but when that isn't sufficient or doesn't work, I use the web app. Editing the passage list with the android app on chromebook is flakey (works great on my phone). Would you consider adding the ability to edit passage lists from the web app?
