Need a generic workflow that is not based on any of the "Workflow Kinds"

When creating a workflow, the user must select a workflow kind from a list of options:
Bible Reference
Bible Word (English)
Bible Word (Lemma)
Biblical Event
Biblical Person
Biblical Place
Preaching Theme
Theological Topic
Topic
I want to create a workflow to prepare multiple lesson plans for the "Fundamentals of the Faith Collection (2 vols.)" (https://www.logos.com/product/149318/fundamentals-of-the-faith-collection).
Each lesson/session does not cover a specific Bible Reference, nor any single Logos Topic. I need a workflow that does not prompt the user for either when it is launched.
Instead, when the workflow is launched, I need it to ask for the lesson/session name so that when I am looking at the list of Started and Completed workflows, it shows that lesson/session name (A 100 character alpha-numeric text box would probably work). Examples of my lesson/session names:
FoF.01.1_Introduction to the Bible-Structure
FoF.01.2_Introduction to the Bible-Message
FoF.01.3_Introduction to the Bible-Revelation
Please provide a Workflow option that has a text box where the user can name the workflow (as described above) instead of selecting a workflow kind.
I can see many other scenarios where this type of Workflow would be help when preparing lessons where a monograph resource is used.
