TOC: Wrap Text Toggle

Allow 'Wrap Text' in the Table of Contents. Beale's ToC in his shorter commentary are so long, I can't see the verses that the section cover.

    Yes! This would be incredibly helpful. I've had to open resources to see what the missing info is, and then find out I wasted my time. Another possibility would be to see the entire title via hover.
