Provide notes for the projectionist.

It would be helpful to be able to provide notes for the projectionist associated with individual slides. I would like to be able to indicate how many measures are in the introduction and instrumental parts of songs and to indicate where a quick transition to the next slide is needed, etc. Our previous projection software had this ability. For Bible and Content slides, it could describe what the pastor will be saying when the slide it to be shown. This could be a line of text that appears only on the preview slides or in a separate panel above or below the Quick Screens.

  • yea, propresenter had this, but also, you could put a note on the confidence monitor for the worship leader or pastor.

I would also like that added.   but notes for the operator would be great for sure

I discovered how to include notes to the projectionist.  It was mentioned in another post.  You can put any text you want in curly brackets {} and it will appear at the bottom of the slides just like the verse numbers and "C" for chorus, etc.  You can put something like this:  {Instrumental 8 measures}.
You can send messages to the confidence monitor.  In preview mode there is a dropdown called "TO STAGE". It is just below "ON AIR".  It has a list of messages you can pick, or type your own custom message.

We have a feature for this called "Stage Direction" cues. You can add one in Add Item > Cues. From there you can type a title and notes that will appear to the person running Proclaim (right in the Preview view).

You can also use it to send messages to the confidence monitor at certain times in service.
