Tile Layouts: The separator bar between split screen windows MUST be adjustable/draggable

In L9 I could run a split screen panel with NASB and LHI together, and keep the LHI side minimized until I needed it by dragging the separator bar to the right. Now, in L10, the bar is fixed (i.e. not movable). This severely limits my reading area and needs to be fixed (i.e. work correctly).
