Tile Layouts: The separator bar between split screen windows MUST be adjustable/draggable

In L9 I could run a split screen panel with NASB and LHI together, and keep the LHI side minimized until I needed it by dragging the separator bar to the right. Now, in L10, the bar is fixed (i.e. not movable). This severely limits my reading area and needs to be fixed (i.e. work correctly).

1000% agreed. Needs fixing ASAP! (This is non-friendly loss of previous functionality. In my case, all my former layouts are not usable anymore...)0

@UncleBob I was informed on the Forum that FL is working on a way to reimplement this feature. Hopefully it won't take too long.
