I must say, I probably already know I wouldn't agree with Grenz on this, and it might even anger me. But I think it's got to be in the panoply of books on this subject that Logos offers. And it's from WJKP which is a publisher Logos does publish lots of books from, so it should be easy to get the rights. It was never done as a Kindle book, though, so probably not as easy as just getting the book feed from the publisher.
