Access to Bible verses offline

I love what Proclaim allows me to do, but unlike a similar presentation software, you cannot add verses to a Presentation offline or without Logos and when you use Logos you do not get things like references from verses you add from Logos. Offline Bible Access would be very advantageous especially for someone without normal internet at home. Thank you!
