Add church's Digital Signage feed to Faithlife TV channel

Rather than requiring Fire TV to load a special app to view our church's Digital Signage feed on displays across the building, give us the ability to access our DS feed in our church's FaithlifeTV channel. FL already does this when it shares live trivia or music feeds over the FLTV app. This would allow anyone with the FLTV app, on any streaming device, to display the DS feed without being tied to a specific brand of streaming device. Makes every display a potential digital sign.

    Our solution was buying Android TVs and downloading the "Panel" app that can autolaunch a webpage when the TV starts up.
