Hide Left-Bar Suggestion Boxes in Preview

The left-bar regularly has "You are editing an old presentation" and "Suggested Items" boxes on the left bar. In Preview / On Air, these items are pointless.
Minimally, hide "Suggested Items" in Preview / On Air and change, "You are editing an old presentation...long text taking up lots of screen space" to "You are previewing an old presentation...short text about verifying you have the desired presentation open". Maximally, just hide both boxes in Preview / On Air.
