Add available features for Bible function

One of the most common problems for new users is that they don't have access to the features they expect from the Bible version that they are using. Please add, using the implementation of your choice, a feature that: (1) indicates what features depend upon a reverse interlinear (or interlinear) and if they are available (2) if the Bible appears in the compare pericopes tool (3) if the Bible appears in the interlinear text comparison tool (4) what, if any, morphology can be applied to the text etc.
