Parts of this are already present but I want a comprehensive solution. Whenever there is a highlight present, have a mouse-over type function (a) provide the source of the highlight/icon - down to the specific system filters, searches, notes, visual filters . . (b) display information related to the highlight/icon e.g. the label attributes (c) provide a single click path to the note or search or visual filter rule generating the highlight/icon. This allow me to edit, correct, close, or delete the source.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I use a LOT of highlights connected to a lot of notebooks. But there are times when I don't know WHAT notebook a highlight belongs to. This request goes beyond useful to "it should already exist."
