Improve Reading Progress Tracking

Please create a tool for Logos/Verbum on the desktop that, for any given resource, allows us to easily track not only how much, but also which parts of a resource we have "read", and which allows us to immediately jump to desired spots in the resource, e.g., the beginning of portions we've skipped (or already read).
Among many other things, this would allow us to easily go back to long-abandoned abandoned monographs and continue exactly where we left off, discover easily *which* chapter(s) of some book we once read and found that great insight in, see (and read) whichever days of the year-long calendar devotional we missed when we read it without using a Reading Plan, etc.
