Add two types to Bible commentaries guide section

I had suggested these before the commentaries section had a types option: lectionary-based and catenas (excerpts). I've given it over a year now and I have to say that those types are still essential to me. Please add these subtypes to the type:Bible commentary.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
