A 1905 public domain edition of the Ginsburg's Massorah is available on the Internet Archive: https://archive.org/details/Ginsburg_The-Massorah-Compiled-from-Manuscripts_1880-1905

Also Georgias Press has a 4-volume edition published in 2014. This four-volume set contains the traditional marginal notes to the Masoretic text of the Hebrew Bible, as well as an English translation. It might be a better option than the 2022 5-volume reprint above.
