Add etymological lexicon data to Grammar section etymological subject

The Grammars guide can be displayed in subject sequence. One of the subjects is etymology. However, much of the etymological data available in Logos is in etymological lexicons. Please expand the Ancient Language Grammar Cross-references dataset to include the etymological lexicons in the etymology subject. This will expose the information to the user in a place where it could be expected.
