Remove Multiple Sessions in Custom Reading Plans

Improve session removal by allowing multiple sessions to be selected and removed AND do so without creating a break.
Also, retain current position of cursor after each removal (currently jumps to the beginning).

    When you remove e.g. an unwanted Feb 3 session, you will observe a Feb 2 session followed by Feb 4 session. This break is not wanted.
