Remove Multiple Sessions in Custom Reading Plans

Improve session removal by allowing multiple sessions to be selected and removed AND do so without creating a break.
Also, retain current position of cursor after each removal (currently jumps to the beginning).

When you remove e.g. an unwanted Feb 3 session, you will observe a Feb 2 session followed by Feb 4 session. This break is not wanted.

Create Folder from Quick Start tool bar
We should have the ability to directly create a folder in the quick start pane by simply right clicking on the empty area. Then we can directly drag resources right in to the new folder. It would be a little more intuitive than the current method.

Select Different Bible in FactBook
Would be great to have the capability of switching to a different bible while in FactBook. Many times I use FactBook to research actual Bible verses so I would think it would be a big help and improve efficiency to allow us to choose another Bible while in FactBook.
