Robert Graves and Raphael Patai are two top scholars in mythology and folklore whose topics include Greece and the Near East. Several of their works are essential to anyone studying the oral/literary context of the Bible or using a folklore criticism method. I could easily request many of their works but will start with the two with the most obvious application within Logos:
--Hebrew Myths: The Book Of Genesis by Robert Graves and Raphael Patai
--The Messiah Texts: Jewish Legends of Three Thousand Years by Raphael Patai
--Hebrew Myths: The Book Of Genesis by Robert Graves and Raphael Patai
--The Messiah Texts: Jewish Legends of Three Thousand Years by Raphael Patai
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
