Highlights: Fix Hebrew highlighting/notes Bug

Highlighting parts of a Hebrew word then trying to mark it (i.e. yellow highlighter, double underline, color red fonts, etc) does not work on the mobile app in ALL the Morphologically tagged databases (in other words in all the complete Hebrew bibles) for many years. If you try to mark a single letter or a few letters or 1 word in a compound word the entire compound gets highlighted. For example, עזבתני "you abandoned me" trying to markup just the "you abandoned" part results in Logos mobile app (and desktop) marking the entire word! It works on single element words (just marking the letter ר in the word ראש, but most of the Hebrew bible is not single element words. Tested in: BHS, BHW, LHB, LHI, and AFAT Hebrew bibles and doesn't work. We've been complaining for years in the forums and a developer said there's a bug but we really need this fixed so text marking will work properly in Hebrew like it does in all the other languages in logos.
