Selecting audio channel

Selecting audio input channels?
We have a Behringer X32 connected to a Mac running Proclaim 4. The X32 provides 32 channel I/O over the USB connection. I have most of those channels routed as direct outs for multitrack recording, but I'd like to be able to pick out 2 of those channels for Proclaim to record, since it would simplify operations. I don't see any place in the Proclaim settings to pick which channels are used for recording, though.
I saw a video showing ProPresenter having exactly this sort of selection; it even seems to have a full mixer. But even just picking two channels as left and right would be a big improvement.
