Add ‘open in…’ command to media browser

Sometimes you need to tweak an image quickly. Adding the ability to open an image that’s in the media browser directly in an external app, edit it then reload the edited image back into the media browser would be amazing. Similar to what you can do in Photos.app on MacOS
