Icon popups with help links for new users

One feature that I believe is important for opening Logos/Verbum up to new users is the feature cards that appear the first few times a person uses a tool. It provides a link to Help without the user needing to know the right terms to search for in Help. [Help itself could use some changes to fill this function a bit better but it is a solid base.] However, many of the icons (in the panel or right click menu) are not needed/explored until after the count to display the new feature card is exceeded. My suggestion is that the popup identifying an icon have a link to the help file for that action in the Logos feature.
