The ability to start a YT video a minute in so that I don't have to edit the video outside of Proclaim and import it in.

    You can already do this, by adding "&start=60" to the end or the URL after Procalim has modified it.

    So, if we copy our video URL into a Procalim "Web Page" item:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BYwOO_Avk5M

    Proclaim automatically changes it to the embed URL:
    https://www.youtube.com/embed/BYwOO_Avk5M?autoplay=1

    Then add "&start=60" to the end (60 = the number of seconds into the video you want to start):
    https://www.youtube.com/embed/BYwOO_Avk5M?autoplay=1&start=60

    (Annoyingly, the URLs are automatically shortened in this post, so it's not easy to see the full URL)
