Yes, I am missing all 3. Biblical People, Things and Places. I hope we will get them back.

Still missing for me too.

Although I just noticed the original question was about "Biblical people MESSING" - sadly this is often true [*-)]

Nope you aren't alone.

I got them in the big resource download (1.9 gb) with B4. Up till then I had nothing. Not sure why some did and some didn't.

I had all three prior to the Beta 5 update. I don't have access to any of them now. I get the following messages:
Biblical People: Some or all of the required resources (People, Diagrams, & Lcv) are not currently available.
Biblical Places: Some or all of the required resources (Places, Maps, & Lcv) are not currently available.
Biblical Things: One or both of the required resources (Things & Lcv) are not currently available.
My computer has downloaded and installed all the 5 downloads and has finished indexing.

I guess I'm not alone in this affliction.
I can see Biblical People data in the PG, I get the same screen you do, when I click on anything there.

Same here (on both my PC and my laptop)...
After hours of downloading and many hours of indexing everything got worse than before.
Decided to uninstall Logos 4 from my laptop and leave it only on my PC, because indexing is definitely a notebook battery killer.

Just like Rich, I can run the PG and get small illustrations or icons for the three areas in question. If I click on any of the illustrations/icons, a window opens up and I receive the messages that I noted above.

I'm sorry to have to announce this, but we left a resource out of the Beta 5 resource update. This resource is critical to the correct functioning of Biblical P/P/T.
It's now been published to the web; restarting Logos 4 should detect the update and make it available for download. There's also a 393MB update to the "Maps" resource (which is necessary for Biblical Places to work correctly).
Unfortunately, indexing will start again once these resources are downloaded. (The good news is we've already fixed Beta 6 so that indexing would not be required in this situation.) Again, I apologise for the inconvenience: I realise that many of you may have just finished indexing, and having to start it all over again is less than ideal (to say the least).

Thanks Bradley, although I'm not thrilled with re-indexing again, but grateful for the quick turn around and to "especially" know that Beta 6 is fixed so we wouldn't have to do a re-indexing in this situation.
Thanks again. [:D]

I have received the update and, even though re-indexing is taking place, I now have access to the the three items in question. They work just fine. Thanks for the quick turn-around also for this problem.

yes..undesired, but if this is the worst trial in our lives at the moment, or bad enough to even get on the list, I guess we are in good shape!
