Send Sign Feed slides directly to monitors via local network

Provide capability in Proclaim to send Sign Feed slides to display monitors totally inside the local network. The computer running Proclaim would have local server software (part of Proclaim) running on it, so monitors can pull their feeds entirely over the local network. This removes the dependence on an internet connection and external servers.

    I totally agree with this. The Digital Signage can really be unreliable and slow when it has to go over the internet. But if it could also work over the local network, like Proclaim Remote can, it could be much faster and more reliable.
