Library: Change Resource Type

We should be able to change the resource type. I can’t use a devotional from the homepage because Logos has it categorized as a monograph. Setting aside that this is a silly rule in the first place, we should be able to do a simple reclassification if we want to. In general, Logos should try to prioritize user customization like this. If we want to recategorize a resource, what is that to Logos?

It's not as simple as reclassifying a resource to make it work as a devotional or other specialized book. There is special tagging that needs to be done in the resource to make the devotional features work. Something that users can't do. Logos has to do that.0
