We reuse items from other presentations as our “templates.” I created a presentation that contains our standard song and sermon slide formats. Then when we need to add a new song we just reuse that existing song and all virtual screens, backgrounds, formatting, etc. are copied over to the new song. Not exactly what you were asking for, but it is a functional workaround for us.

Is this not possible by creating your own smart media? We're quite new to Proclaim, but either through genius or naiveté, it seemed to work well for us. We create a song, apply the smart media that contains our fonts, spacing, etc, then choose a background (since our case the background is not part of the smart media).

Please restore NRSV (non Updated Edition)
The New Revised Standard Version is no longer available, several of our pastors are still using it, and our pew bibles are all printed in NRSV. Please restore access to NRSV in Proclaim
