SUGG: B5 Highlighter Suggestions

Nice to have highlighter pens added, thanks. A couple of suggested improvements:

  1. Ability to drag highlighter pens as Toolbar shortcuts, as in L3
  2. The presence of "Remove Visual Markup" from the Right Click menu as in L3 - it is quite clunky to remove a markup at the moment.
