Follow-up sheet in the Counseling Guide

The idea was to have, in addition to the topic topics, other things like a counselee's file, with the person's data. Conversation history and tracking the person's performance and progress during counseling time.
The counselor could add data such as name, age, personal life, work, relationships and so on. Areas for him to take notes of the subjects that are being registered in each session, which link to the Topics of the Guide. He could build within the Guide itself a scheme to get to the "root" and help solve the problem.
The idea is that it would be something like the Sermon Builder, but aimed at counseling. And all of this would already be linked to the topics in the Counseling Guide itself. The counselor's life would be much easier if he had access to everything he or she needs from the counselee in one place, and all the things he needs to prepare are already there, including his data and background.
