Parity: Add Chapter Up/Down Arrow

We need a chapter up, chapter down arrow for the Android mobile version of Logos, just like we have for the PC version. This should be for Bible text, as well as commentaries and other sources. The current horizontal slider bar for scrolling is almost useless for doing chapter-by-chapter changes.
The reason for this, is that when you have a bunch of sources synced, you have to manually scroll back to the top every time you go to a new resource. This is so tedious and unnecessary. Logos is one of the few Bible programs I know of, that doesn't already have this.
