Resource Indexes (Bible, Headword, Volume, Page, etc.)

The only apparent way to view a Resource Index is on the Resource Information Window (Panel). It would be helpful to be able to view all resources indexes in a report. Such as when the library is exported to Excel. Add a field in the export that shows all the resource indexes provided for that resource.
