Retain 'LORD' in "Bible text only" formatting

When the visual filter, "Bible text only", is toggled, it changes all-caps to standard sentence formatting, which is fine except that it changes 'LORD' (the designation for God's personal name, 'YHWH') to 'Lord'. However, this confuses the text and one doesn't know then whether 'Lord' refers to 'YHWH' or 'Adonai' in the Hebrew - i.e., whether 'Lord' referencing God's personal name or a title for God.

Please adjust this visual filter to account for this.
