Too many highlights to start a new study.

I do a lot of personal studies and use the highlight feature. Over the years I have added so many highlights that it is too difficult to begin a new study. At present, the mobile app only has the option to have ALL the highlights on or ALL the highlights off. If I want to start a new study, I must see all my past highlights from all my previous studies, which is too overwhelming. I find I can no longer use the iPad app for new studies if I want to highlight, but must always use the desktop app.
