Add Note anchors to Bibliography

I know there are nearly a zillion ways to add citations to a Bibliography but the one that is lacking is the most commonly needed when writing a paper. In writing a paper, one begins by taking notes. Some of those notes begin to take shape as a paper. The sources of those notes (together with clippings) are the basis of the bibliography. Please create an option to add the anchor citations to the bibliography.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

My intention is to allow multiple notes to add multiple anchors in a single action

When I create a note in Logos Desktop, I'd like to have the full citation included in the anchor. Currently, if I want to use the note in another program (e.g. Word), and want to include the citation, I have to click on the Anchor, which opens the resource, then select the text I want and copy, then paste into the other program. It'd be easier if the citation was in the note itself.1
