Translate from interface language

The translation button currently appears when languages other than the app interface language are selected. I am an American missionary that uses Logos in English but would like to translate an English paragraph or quote to another language (Spanish) from the English interface. At present it seems to be only doable by changing the interface to Spanish and then translating English to Spanish.
Could this at least be available from a menu item to allow app language resources to be translated into other languages?
