Add a way to sort/filter Personal Books by date last built

So we can easily see which ones still need to be built. Particularly useful after a reinstall on a new computer if you brought the docx source files over but not the compiled PBs. Going through and rebuilding is a process that takes time. You might rebuild right away the ones you need sooner, but would want to filter those out when doing a mass rebuild at some point.

    Library has "Last Updated Date" column, which can be used for Edition:User PB for sorting. Thankful can copy compiled *.lbspbb from an existing installation followed by scanning those files into a new installation so do not need to recompile any Personal Book (PB). If want to use more than one installation, recompiling PB updates metadata that syncs to existing installation(s), resulting in PB license out of date so needs scan OR PB upload/download (due to PB upload/download bug that disables PB index use, prefer to copy & scan compiled PB files).
