Add a Reading Plan Calendar Planner, similar to the Sermon Manager Calendar

I think this feature would be most useful for seminary students and serious readers. What I would like is the ability to see all reading plans laid out on a calendar to help planning for future reading plans.
Someone could use this to lay out a 2-3 year study plan, ensuring that they aren't reading too much over any one period of time, even if they go through multiple books at the same time.
