Be able to customize start/stop for record/stream

I would like to be able to customize the start/stop functions to be able to control our external encoder and recorder. Control Proclaim encoder by default is fine, but we don't all use that.

    It seems that these special cues can't trigger MIDI signals either for some reason. At least the ones that I tried could not.
