iPad Text Edit Menu Disappears with Attached Keyboard

If you check the screenshots, you can see that my text edit menu disappears when my keyboard is attached. Right now I have to remove my iPad from its case every time I want to add a bullet point. I would love to have a keyboard shortcut for bullet points, but in lieu of that, I'm trying to use this menu. Would this be a simple fix?
This seems like a bug that was introduced in 22.0.0 (was working fine prior). I'm on 22.0.1 (0064) now and the bug is still present.
In addition, the text edit menu bar covers up a lot of screen real estate. It would be nice if the Apple 'Keyboard Shortcuts' menu could float above the app like it does in Apple's Notes (see third screenshot). Even if the Logos text edit menu bar still has to cover the full width of the screen, at least it wouldn't be two lines high.

@Ali Pope Any chance a fix for this will be rolling out soon? This is a frequent inconvenience for me, so I am eagerly waiting for a resolution!0

This appears to have been resolved as it is working just fine for me now (23.3.44 on MacOS Intel Desktop).0
