Read Aloud Control Balloon

I keep two reading panes up at all times while studying the Bible. Left pane is for my Bibles and the right is for help materials. I use "Read Aloud" to do my Bible reading for me. All my notes are entered into a tab in the right pane. The "Read Aloud" balloon sets at the bottom of the right pane and frequently interferes or in the way. Please put the "Read Aloud" controls back into the "Menu Bar" or, let me move it to a place on my computer screen to where it does not interfere with my work.
