Combined shopping cart

Update the shopping cart experience to be unified across all Faithlife product lines (eg Logos, Faithlife Ebooks and Faithlife Audio books etc). This should also apply to vouchers so that a single voucher can be split across products from different "stores". There is already visibility of products from other stores within the search results, so it's time to unify the shopping cart as well.
