Update ESV Pericope set

Update the ESV to ESV-CE so that it includes pericopes for the deuterocanonical books.

    A pericope set only includes pericopes from the Bible it's associated with.

    I understand that. However, the ESV is a subset of the ESV-CE - whether you want one or two sets is a FL concern not mine. Thanks for getting this done.
